A Sustainable Apartment Community

If environmentally sustainable living is a priority to you, there’s no better apartment community than 1515. Rather than demolishing a nearly 75-year-old building, we restored and recycled the building to preserve and enhance its original architecture.

The building was designed to LEED sustainable design standards, resulting in year-round energy savings for tenants.

Rooftop solar panels provide approximately 50% of the building’s energy. Each apartment is connected to 7 solar panels so that each tenant enjoys reduced energy bills every month.

Other elements that make 1515 a sustainable apartment community include:

  • Reclaimed local materials used throughout all apartments

  • Low-VOC paint (volatile organic compounds) used throughout all apartments

  • Energy-efficient lighting (LED and compact fluorescent) throughout the building
